A Strategic Partnership to Elevate Athletic Talent
Iconic Sports Agency, Athena Sport Management, and Club Atlético Carlos Paz have joined forces, combining their expertise and resources through a strategic partnership aimed at fostering the development of young athletes and creating new opportunities for them to pursue collegiate sports in the United States.
This partnership makes it possible to organize Showcase Camps and create new athletic experiences that bring together competition, evaluation, and training in one setting, with guidance from professionals experienced in sports and the college recruitment process.
Showcase Camps
Showcase Camps are designed to identify, evaluate, and promote young athletes with the potential to compete at the collegiate level in the United States.
These intensive training and competition events take place in Argentina, giving athletes the opportunity to showcase their skills and be evaluated in a high-performance environment.
During each Showcase, athletes are observed by scouts, coaches, and college recruiting professionals, with the goal of identifying talent and creating tangible opportunities for their athletic development and advancement.
The experience goes beyond competition. Participants also have access to informational sessions, guidance, and valuable insights into the U.S. college system, the athletic and academic opportunities available, and the steps needed to become student-athletes.
Our First Showcase
On July 8, 2026, we hosted the first Showcase as a result of this partnership, marking the beginning of a new chapter and bringing this project from concept to the playing field.
The event brought together talent, competition, and evaluation in one setting, marking the launch of an initiative that will continue to grow through new Showcase Camps, evaluation events, and opportunities for young athletes from across the country to advance their athletic careers.
This first event represents the starting point of an initiative with a clear goal: to build bridges between Argentine athletic talent and the opportunities offered by college sports in the United States.
